Sadly, the black ice brought a sad conclusion to the day's shoot.

Thanks to all those involved in helping, especially those riders who took their time to spread dirt and gravel on the ice to minimize the risk for all those who followed.

Special thanks to the Montrose Search and Rescue, Forestry folks, County Sheriff, and all those who promptly responded and took charge. Truth is there's a lot of folks up there on Hwy 2 looking out for our safety, no doubt we are all very thankful and appreciate their efforts, I know I do.
